DESIGN REVIEW The design process has its best chance of proceeding smoothly when the needs and expectations of the owner are communicated to the design team, and the design team understands what the owner wants. In this current climate of budget limitations, there is necessarily a give and take that must take place. The construction consultant provides the valuable service of being the mediator between the owner and the design team so that the needs and expectations of both are, at all times, clearly communicated. We
will schedule
and attend regular meetings with the A/E staff and owner during the development
of both the conceptual and preliminary designs, and we will review the final design
submittals with the owner prior to approval.
